02Leadership Lens

Trust is designed
into the workflow.

I work best where product value depends on judgment under constraint: clinical accountability, privacy, latency, device limits, or multi-team delivery.

My background in mathematics, art, and education helps me move between systems logic, visual craft, and human learning. Today, I focus on AI and HealthTech products where trust is not a brand promise but an interaction model: what the system shows, what it hides, what it asks a human to confirm, and where responsibility lives.

Trust Architecture

Design review loops, uncertainty states, and human validation into AI workflows.

Workflow Compression

Reduce fragmented work into clear operator, clinician, and decision-support flows.

System-Level Craft

Connect interface decisions to algorithms, hardware, data, and adoption constraints.

03Experience Log

TenMed — Under 2-minute ambulance dispatch

Problem
Manual call logging, fragmented coordination, and Excel-based workflows delayed ambulance assignment during critical scenarios.
Process
Mapped real dispatch handoffs with operations teams and rapidly iterated call-intake and assignment flows into a single operator-first console.
Solution
Unified real-time dispatch system: call intake, intelligent driver surfacing, and map-based assignment in one flow.
Impact
<2 minute ambulance dispatch in live emergency operations, with lower dispatcher cognitive load under stress.
My Role
Owned UX strategy and interaction design for the MVP operator flow, simplifying dispatch actions into a single high-clarity screen for faster response.

ECMO — Team Leader decision support

Problem
ECMO emergencies relied on memory-driven sequencing and role ambiguity under extreme time pressure.
Process
Structured expert inputs into stepwise emergency logic, then translated role dependencies into interactive task flows for leader-driven execution.
Solution
Designed an orchestration system for VA/VV/ECPR eligibility, role assignment, and live task execution.
Impact
Presented to Southern Adelaide Local Health Network; prototype is in expert review for Team Leader training adoption.
My Role
Led the experience design and frontend direction for Team Leader workflows, including explicit risk framing and role-based task orchestration.

OPPO — Global default wallpaper system

Problem
Global ColorOS needed default wallpapers that could signal premium brand identity while still adapting to diverse devices and markets.
Process
Synthesized market visual signals and device constraints, then developed and refined a repeatable wallpaper direction with HQ collaboration loops.
Solution
Built and shipped a cohesive Aqua Crystal wallpaper direction with system-level visual consistency across OPPO, OnePlus, and Realme ecosystems.
Impact
4 default wallpapers released globally across a 661M+ user ecosystem, strengthening first-impression quality at platform scale.
My Role
Drove platform visual-system direction and execution for default wallpaper experiences, ensuring scalable quality across brands and device tiers.

Samsung — Multimodal Interaction & Human-AI Frameworks

Problem
Samsung platforms needed coherent interaction models that could scale from touch interfaces to voice, IoT intelligence, and emerging XR experiences.
Process
Combined interaction research, framework authoring, and cross-team reviews to convert exploratory concepts into reusable system guidance.
Solution
Built multimodal interaction frameworks (Select-it & Say-it), defined Human-AI IoT guidelines across L0–L3 awareness levels, and established XR usability testing methods.
Impact
Created production-ready system design directions that bridged exploratory research and shipped Samsung platform experiences.
My Role
Defined multimodal interaction patterns, authored Human-AI framework layers (L0-L3), and shaped XR usability methods for cross-team adoption.
